Glow SLC is a modern urban bathhouse and sauna in Salt Lake City, Utah, offering a unique cleansing and rejuvenating experience tailored to combat burnout in today’s fast-paced world. As Utah’s first of its kind, it follows a traditional ritual: Cleanse (shower), Ignite (sauna or steam), Chill (cold plunge or rain shower), and Glow (warm pool lounge). The facility emphasizes hydrotherapy benefits like detoxification, improved circulation, stress relief, and mood enhancement.

The overall atmosphere is healing, restorative, and communal—a co-ed space for adults 18+ where guests wear swimsuits at all times. It’s designed for slowing down, self-connection, and quiet socialization in a beautiful, pretense-free environment. Respectful etiquette is key: speak softly, no phones or PDAs, and mandatory cleansing showers ensure cleanliness.

• Full Glow (bathhouse + classes): $149/mo (4 bath +6 studio + buddy), $279/mo (unlimited +2 buddies)
• Weekday: $129/mo (unlimited Mon-Fri til 3pm + buddy)

Treatments: Gift cards e.g., Massage 50min + Bathhouse $135; charged at booking, no cash.

Cancellations: 24hr notice (48hr groups); $25 late fee for members; no refunds no-shows.
