M43 Fitness

M43 Fitness is a key fob access gym open 4AM-10PM daily. Memberships are structured by family size (Individual=1, Duo=2, etc.) with options including a custom fitness app for programmed workouts with videos. No contracts. Offers personal training, strength training, mobility, athlete development, tactical training, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Military and First Responder discounts available. Established in 2018. ‘We believe that consistency is key. The #1 reason people quit on their goals is that there are no real consequences for their inaction. We’ve created a training environment that encourages like-minded individuals to work together and get out of their comfort zone. Our training application will keep you on track, and our community will hold you to your goals.’ Locations include Lansing, DeWitt, and Performance Center.
