Over the years, it evolved into Cambridge Racquet & Fitness, and finally the Cambridge Athletic Club. Located in the heart of Kendall Square (walking distance to T: Kendall/MIT on red line, Lechmere on green line) and just across the Charles River from Boston, CAC is your gateway to the active lifestyle you’ve been searching for. We have the most current and up-to-date equipment: a full deck of cardio machines (treadmills, elliptical machines, spin bikes, recumbent bikes, Stairmasters, rowing machines, stepmills) equipped with personal TV’s, a spacious weight floor with a plethora of free weights, machines, squat racks, and lifting platforms, group exercise studios, yoga/pilates studio, basketball court, and squash courts.
