Human Aeon is a private wellness sanctuary in Belmont Shore, Long Beach offering breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and contrast therapy including ice plunge, steam and infrared saunas, hot tub, and hydrotherapy. The Hidden Sanctuary offers 90-minute Sanctuary Sessions (guided or self-paced), memberships, classes, workshops, instructor certification, private events, tea lounge, garden, and more. Facilities include two steam saunas, an infrared sauna, outdoor cold plunge, hot tub/jacuzzi, showers, meditation and movement rooms, and a tea lounge. Bookings are by appointment and the address is provided after booking.
