Windsoul Wellness Center

Windsoul Wellness Center is a locally-owned and grown community founded in 2013. Our 15,000 square foot facility is one of the largest community wellness centers of its kind in the Merrimack Valley, dedicated to nourishing the mind, body and spirit through yoga, fitness, meditation, Reiki and holistic health practices. We believe that self care and mindfulness practices enliven the best in each of us, nourishing our well-being, and empowering us to care for those around us. Our mission is to fill lives through inspired classes and caring human connections, helping to brighten our world one person at a time. Mindfulness and medicine assure us that good health and balance in the body serve as a positive foundation to the well-being of the whole individual. At Windsoul Wellness Center we offer a variety of yoga and fitness classes as well as an array of strength and cardio exercise equipment supported by highly trained personal training staff who are available to support you along each step of your wellness journey.
