• State-of-the-art weight room equipped with premium brands including Vertimax, Precor, Matrix, Vertec, Rogue, and Hele Fitness for comprehensive training needs.

• Cold Plunge tub for cold therapy, offering elevated energy, faster recovery, immune support, and more.

• 1-1 Sessions with Move Lab Specialists: Doctorate-trained physical therapists (PT, DPT, CSCS) for personalized injury management/prevention, athletic performance, strength & conditioning, physical/mental recovery. Recommended 90-minute sessions. Includes cupping, IASTM, myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilizations, movement analysis, and exercise programming.
• Plunge (Cold Therapy): Immersion in cold water for recovery benefits.
• Train: Individual training in the equipped gym with expert guidance.
• Float Therapy: Sensory deprivation in Epsom salt-filled isolation tank.
• Red Light Therapy: Non-invasive light treatment for skin and health.
