Russian Banya
Izba Spa incorporates the traditional Russian Banya (steam) with therapeutic massage, hot tub hydrotherapy, salt therapy, body masks and scrubs. Private two-person treatment rooms include a banya, hot tub and shower; treatments combine oak/venik leaf brushing, honey rubs, essential oil steam, and a cool bucket finish. Hot tubs are sanitized with ultraviolet light and hydrogen peroxide (no chlorine). Established in 1995, Izba Spa in Denver offers appointment-only, therapist-led Banya sessions and a range of packages and add-ons. Located in the lower level of a building shared with the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
