• Nude facility with gender-specific days. Wearing swimsuits is permitted (subject to rules: ladies must wear top & bottom or one-piece on Ladies’ Days; men may wear trunks or speedo). Towels may be rented.
• Traditional Russian sauna practices: patrons may bring veniki (oak or birch branch bundles) but must clean up after use; veniki not sold on site.
• Booking policies: Spa therapists are subcontractors — booking requires creating an online profile and placing a credit card on file. At least 4 hours cancellation notice by phone is required or full service will be charged.
• Entry fee not included in spa treatment prices (except when a massage-only client is not using the bath area they may avoid the entry fee — check front desk policy).
• No photos allowed inside the facility; cell phone use restricted to TV/vending area. Family-friendly facility with a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.
• Safety & hygiene notes: No oils or body lotions allowed in bath area; plain Epsom salts allowed in sauna only; no glass in wet areas; water is hot — test showers first.
